Twigs, 35, announced her relationship with Hemingway, 32, earlier this year in an Instagram post. She described him as ‘a beautiful artist whose heart has restored my faith in love.’ She shared a series of images of Hemingway, who is involved in photography and cinematography, including a shirtless selfie and a shot of them together snapped at the Parisian event.
