We remember the exotic appearance of Melanie Brown, which fans familiarly called Mel B when she was one of the soloists of the girl group “Spice Girls.” Black Mel B extravagantly dressed and showed a lush hairstyle that was hard not to see (especially on stage).
Bright appearance received to Melanie from her father, who arrived in England from the Caribbean Islands, and successfully met with her mother, an Englishwoman. The future singer was born and raised in rainy West Yorkshire, where she took dance and acting lessons. A young girl worked as an animator at one of the hotels in Blackpool, when she noticed in the newspaper the announcement of a set in a musical group. So Spice Girls have got a hottie, nicknamed Scary Spice.
Even before the fall of “Spice Girls,” Melanie Brown took care of a solo career and also released a couple of more or less successful singles. Melanie didn’t forget about her personal life: she brings up three daughters from three different partners, and one of the daughters is the result of a short novel with Eddie Murphy.
