Growing up, Mary set her sights on being a ballerina, but her height held her back in that world, leading her to pivot to acting. In 2013, she teamed up with hip-hop producer Dan the Automator to form the music duo Got a Girl, showin’ off her musical side. She was previously married to filmmaker and TV writer Riley Stearns from 2010 to 2017. After that, she started dating actor Ewan McGregor in November 2017, and the two welcomed their first kiddo together, a son named Laurie, in 2021. They made it official and tied the knot in April 2022, showin’ that love can bloom in Tinseltown. She shared the screen with Michael Cera in the 2010 flick Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, bringin’ her A-game to the big screen.
