Meet Désirée Nosbusch, aka Désirée Becker, born January 14, 1965, in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, with a Luxembourgish pops and Italian mom. She’s a TV presenter and actress who’s been rockin’ it since her teens. She kicked it in Manhattan in the ‘80s and chilled in Los Angeles from the ‘90s to 2008.

She’s fluent in Luxembourgish, German, French, Italian, and English, actin’ in both French and German flicks and TV shows, plus some Italian miniseries. Back in the day, she was part of the youth drama crew at Lycée Hubert Clément in Esch-sur-Alzette. She hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in 1984 in Luxembourg and ran a kids’ version of Ruck Zuck called Kinder Ruck Zuck. Oh, and she sings too – dropped a duet with Falco in 1984 called “Kann es Liebe sein?”.
