James Macari caught Camille Kostek in the Dominican Republic for the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue.

This babe is the 2019 SI Swimsuit cover star, and she made her debut with the franchise the year before as part of the Swim Search program. She even co-won the open casting call competition!

Kostek is from Connecticut, and this is her sixth consecutive appearance in the issue. But that’s not all – she’s also designed her own jewelry and swimwear collections, and she’s a seasoned TV host. The model has fronted NBC’s “Dancing With Myself” and even TBS’s “Wipeout”.
