Bianca is due to have surgery later this week taking her from a 34E to a 34B. The model told media: “I’ve been thinking about it for a long time. I definitely want them smaller. It’s time to grow up! When I was 20 I just wanted bigger boobs. I’ve no regret. But I’ve had chronic back pain for the last few years.”
