Aubrey Plaza made her mark playin’ April Ludgate on the TV hit Parks and Recreation, then rocked FX’s Legion in 2016. She aced her debut lead in 2012’s Safety Not Guaranteed and went on to shine in flicks like Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates in 2016 and the 2019 Child’s Play remake. Before she hit big, she scored a guest spot on the series 30 Rock in 2006 and honed her improv skills at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
She popped up on Food Network Star in 2011 as a guest judge and lent her voice to Grumpy Cat in the Lifetime movie Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever. She also crushed it in the second season of The White Lotus on HBO. Family-wise, her folks go by Bernadette and David, and she’s got two sisters, Renee and Natalie. She tied the knot with director Jeff Baena in 2021. Sharing the screen with Michael Cera in the flick Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Aubrey proved she’s got that star power.
