Because the kid never asked to be in the public eye, and it is just plain creepy to publish photos of stranger’s kids without their permission.
No one has to be asked to be recorded, anyone can record anything in the public, you dont need a permission. Being creepy to kid is not different than to be creepy to adult, and being creepy is not illegal. So, i still dont get it.
