   I love the original cut of this film. Monica is a goddess and the kid in the film is probably one of the luckiest child actors in history., almost up there with Marcelo Ribeiro in “Amor Estranho Amor.” The (in hindsight) ironically prudish Weinstein cut of “Malena” shouldn’t be seen by anyone.
