This image looks “fake” but in the general sense, it isn’t. The person who made it took the available video, greatly boosted the brightness, tweaked various settings and graded the final video to make it match her skin tone. The nudity you see here is what HBO aired.
However I strongly suspect that it’s fake in a literal sense, because I think HBO probably used a body double with a digital head graft for Tessa Thompson the way that they did for Lena Headey in Game of Thrones. Since the image was in such dark lightning and never intended to be seen enhanced, they probably didn’t want to spend the time and resources making it look perfect they way they needed to for Game of Thrones, where the scene was in full daylight.
So, not “faked”, but the source video that aired was almost certainly a digital manipulation.
It’s her:
1. You can see that the breasts are exactly the same in the earlier video of her from the side. About an AA cup.
2. The breasts are exactly how they appear in other pictures of her on the web. Which is the opposite of Lena Headey on Game of Thrones where the CGI was of someone who was not built even remotely like her.
3. After the full-frontal appearances of Thandie Newton on the show (and who is a much bigger star), there is utterly NO REASON to CGI any nudity of Thompson. And if they did, they would not make her an AA cup, for crying out loud.
