You could always record your screen with the video playing using something like OBS and than edit out unwanted bits. I used to do this in the past with other videos. It's pretty time consuming but still works pretty well(although prob not worth it for long vods over a hour). You could also try something like 9xbuddy although it did not work when I tested it.
