My suggestion is to not let members post twice within 90 seconds.
This way, we can avoid some random guys posting the same thing on every single thread there is here. If they have to wait for 90 seconds (or more, 90 is just an example, an idea), they might get tired of waiting and stop after 3 messages instead of sending 15.
Another idea is to not let new members create a new thread before they are validated by a mod one way or another (for example, they comment on a thread, the comment gets approved by a mod). This way, we can avoid a lot of ads threads.
