Pamela Anderson, eat your heart out! American heptathlete and social media star Chari Hawkins, one of the big hopes for next year’s Tokyo games, showed off her Olympic form in a Baywatch-esque USA-themed swimsuit on the beach in California.

The 27-year-old, who splits her time between Bath in the UK and the US, was spotted relaxing and having fun on the sand in San Diego, giving a glimpse of a body toned by over 40 hours of multi-disciplinary training per week.

Chari is a star on the athletic circuit, having won the British Open last year, but her charisma and engagement with fans have made her plenty of admirers off the track-and-field. Through her work as ambassador for hot sportswear brand On, and her energetic posts to over 130K followers on social media, Chari tries to inspire other sports enthusiasts to reach their goals.

Her All-American good looks certainly don’t hurt, although male admirers might be disappointed to learn that she is engaged and set to marry later this year. On the athletics front, she will next compete in the US Track and Field Championship later this month and the World Championship in Doha this fall, while preparing her bid for American success at the Tokyo Olympics next summer.
